Can't wait for christmas to knock at my doorstep, and i've done a total makeover for my blog especially for this coming festive season. I really hope this year's christmas would be really special. Planning to spend it with some of my good buddies back in Kuching. =D Gifts exchanging and maybe overnight somewhere far from home.
I've changed my playlist songs to some of my favourite christmas songs. Not forgetting that our Saviour was born to this Earth to save mankind. Although it's never stated in the bible when was he actually born, but christmas day does bring the symbolic meaning for me. Thank God for everything.
Ahhhhh, can't wait for Kuching to snow!!! Haha =D

The days gone by
My workplace |
Recently, i've been really busy with work. Boss kept me until late night around 10.30pm. Just had to work overtime but i didn't like it. I thought the workers/employees gets to choose whether to stay back and work or not. But in my case, i was kinda forced too. Didn't like it because i didn't have time for a healthy lifestyle. Where had all my time for gym and exercise gone to? This is really a lifeless job. I do understand that my boss had to get things done fast and urgent because we have two big projects and it's due on 26 November 2010. I do hope i also get paid well for all my efforts and 4 hours sleeps. Parents said to don't mind the money, but after all i've been through, i deserve a well pay. I rather not gain experience than to get paid less.
I apologize for not updating my blog cause everytime i get back, i would be really tired to type since i've been typing and editing whole day. Pfftt... But anyway, there are sure some things i thank God for. I thank God for giving me a job that's able to allow me to be off on Saturday and Sunday. I thank God for the experience. and I thank God for everything else.
In my work, i've found rejections, accusations all falling unto me. I think God is probably trying to teach me tolerance and patience. But sometimes it gets me heated up but i controlled it or else i'll just make a fool out of myself (Ever sweared in my heart). Ahhh, i can't wait to just go back Kuching and spend the good old days with my friends. I just wan to relax and serve God that's all.
*it's not very often ppl hear me complain. Or is this complaining? Haha*
I'm happy. =)

Happy Meal
Giant Duck |
Today i've finally realised that having breakfast, lunch and dinner are the happiest moments when you're working. After long hours sitting on the office chair which mine was a little too small for me (backaches), i noticed that my smile came only when i see my food coming. It's like yay! You get to be full and no more work for that one hour.
But anyways, working isn't that boring anymore now that my friend is also working part time with me. Last time i had to make friends with pencils, chairs and tables which i couldn't fit in cause they didn't care bout me. Haha, i had awesome dinner tonight. A giant duck greeted me on the front entrance of this duck restaurant. It was huge and so convincing that the restaurant had good quality duck.
It's delicious man!!! |
As good looking as the giant plastic duck was, the food was also mouth-watering. My boss ordered a set menu which came with herbal duck, orginal duck, tofu duck and duck vegetables. There wasn't any duck in the tofu and vegetables, i was just exaggerating. =D Anyways, it was delicious and i was happy after a long day's work.
I'm starting to make eating one of my hobby. =)

Kota Kemuning New Life Restoration Centre
You won't wanna see ur kid spending his doing something that's not right in God's eyes right? =D Anyways, i skipped my lunch because i was excited to snap photos for the event. The smiles i captured were all just so meaningful. My wish for them is that one day they'll grow up to be successful and to live by Christ-likeness.
It was a good mission trip that somehow gave each and everyone of us new experience on how to control kids. Haha, it takes awhile. It was in a mess at first but all turned out good. Kids are just so so innocent. They listen to you so attentively when something attracts them on stage. They even participate so well after warming up with some praise and worship lead by Su En and Su Jane (sisters). Kids love the songs and danced along. =)
Won't wanna keep u waiting, here are some photos i took.
Singing "I lean" with dance moves |
Ain't that adorable? Picking group colour |
Jesus once said, " Let the little children come to me". Just looking at their laughters are just awesome and heart warming. Hope u felt that too.

Counter-strike Challenge
Today, i went to my uni to finish up my final assignment and YAY!!! It's finished. Saw one of my coursemate (Iranian) doing his assignment as well. Knew him for few weeks now and i heard him talking about CS. So i asked him about CS. He was so happy that someone shared the same language. He challenged me and he promised that i would quit CS after playing with him. From the sound of it, i was losing confidence inside.Anyways, we saddled up and head to Dotcom cybercafe for a quick game.
His name in CS was extremely long like one of those pros. I died the first 4 rounds because his Sniper was really accurate. Then i thought to myself... this is gonna end like how i thought it would be, that is me losing. So i just took it as a challenge and experience. I also remembered some advices given from CS pros i knew that is to play safe and smart. A quick prayer and then i'm off trying my best to beat him. Cybercafe mouse was slimy and sticky but i still tried my best.
Here are the results :
De_dust2 map
CT 20 - 11 T (Win)
CT 14 - 16 T (Win) *his sniper took me out the first 6 rounds
but i managed to catch up*
De_inferno map
CT 15 - 28 T (Win)
Overall, i won all three matches. It's my second real live LAN challenge where my first challenge i won as well. Had some new experiences. One of my CS pro fren used to tell me " Play safe, play smart".
